Hey Hey We’re the Monkeys!
In less than a month (Feb. 8th, 2014), the British hit makers, Arctic Monkeys, will be gracing the stage of the newly renovated Madison Square Garden. Tickets went on sale towards the end of last year and naturally it is sold out. Do not fret, there are still plenty of places to get your hands on tickets. Before you go scouring the internet for the best deal, allow me to share with you a few promising leads.
My natural instinct is to start at StubHub, my previous experience with this site is to wait last minute because sellers tend to drop the prices in order to get rid of tickets. Original ticket prices range from $30-$49.50 but at this stage of the game, you can expect to pay a lot more depending on how badly you want to be showered with Alex Turner’s sweat and spit. Other sites I came across are World Ticket Source and Vivid Seats. All have pretty similar pricing, the cheapest hovering in mid to high 60s and beyond. Interestingly, the cheaper seats are located in the Chase Bridges section. Not familiar with the renovated MSG, I consulted Google and found out that Chase Bridges is apparently a great place to view events. Mark your calendars and be there for what’s sure to be an amazing night!
